Nagoya is the 4th largest city of Japan after Tokyo,Osaka, Yokokama, located in the centre of Aichi prefecture, full of history. It is the place that gave birth to Kiichiro Toyoda who started Toyota Motors, and establish Nagoya as one of the nation’s major manufacturing centers. With a great nightlife, lots of really good restaurants, and too many places to visit, you’re sure to have a great time in Nagoya.

Conveniently situated midway between Tokyo and Osaka, Nagoya offers great opportunity for travel to all parts of Japan. Study Japanese here and you will not only learn the language but also feel Japan's spirit.

"Great system of learning Japanese, excellent teachers."

Teaching methods are really Helpful in learning a language. Location was directly in front of the station which is convenient. Facility is really old and outdated. Classroom and system isn't built yet as its 1st year for GENKI JACS in Nagoya. If you like it clean. I recommend tell the school before hand to set up expectations.

Apartments are conveniently located in the central area of Nagoya, giving you the freedom to enjoy the city.
Apartments are usually Western style, about 20 square meters in size. All apartments have air conditioning, a bed, and are fully furnished. They also have a kitchen area (with cooking and eating implements), washing machine, and a bath and shower. Amenities such as shampoo, toilet paper, and bedsheets are provided. (Towels are not, so please bring your own.) The apartment includes high-speed Internet access.

"It's saying that the apartment fee is 261 dollars. Is that per day? And, if the course is done. Is it possible to get help to change from a student visa to a working visa or is that unrealistic? I have a friend who wants to work here in Japan and live here. She wants to do the course to make her Japanese better and eventually work here, maybe as an English Teacher or something else. She is currently on college but she is fully online. She has some experience teaching but not a whole lot because she is still 18~19. She is currently almost finishing her TESOL and she used to learn Japanese on college. I hope I can get an answer for everything. Best Regards, Bruno"

Dear Bruno-san,

First of all our apologies for answering late.

The accommodation fees are per week not per day.
Regarding the working visa, you need to have a company that hires you and sponsor the visa so we cannot really give support for that.
We can help looking for a job through guidance and assistance preparing the CV/interviews in order for you to find a company but that is it.

Under a student visa it is possible to work up to 28 hours per week part time and we help our student to look for part time opportunities.
Part time as English teacher is actually the easiest to find in Japan so your friend will have opportunities.

"Hello, I wanted to ask, if I book a one year student visa course and due to restrictions am unable to make it, would it be possible to be reimbursed. Actually I really wanted to join the April class since last year but I didn't try because of how unclwar the Japanese governmemt was. With that gievn, though I know typically its not possible, would it be possible to try to apply for the April course?"

Our sincere apologies for the delay in our answer.

We have a very flexible cancellation policy so we do refund if it is not possible to enter the country .
We do not charge any visa application fee either so no economic risk for you to apply.

The next possible intake is August 2022 and the application deadline is March 11th.
